Admission Details

Admission Procedure

The admissions in Class-III (Three), VI (Six) and IX (Nine) of our school are granted on the basis of merit in an admission test. We distribute the Application Form from March to May every year. The duly filled application form can be submitted at any working day between 09.00 am to 12.00 noon at school office. A payment of Rs.300 is required as Prospectus + Application Fee in cash at the time of submission.

Admission Test: Students seeking admission in the school is given on the basis of Written Test and Personal Interview to evaluate the skills in English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Knowledge. The test will consist of 4 papers English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Knowledge of 25 marks in each paper and will be of 2 hrs duration. Generally, the test is being conducted on Saturdays.

Personal Interview: Students will have to report to the school office for Personal Interview just after the completion of written test. The interview round will be conducted to assess various age-specific skills of the student on different levels.

Selection List: A selection list of admitted students will be published in the school notice board and will intimate to the concern parents/guardians. The selected students will then have to deposit the fees and confirm the admission.

  • Latest passport size photograph of the student in school uniform where the name of student must be written on it - 03 copies.
  • Birth Certificate (Photostat Copy) - 01 copy.
  • Aadhar Card (Photostat Copy) - 01 copy.
  • Caste Certificate (Photostat Copy) - 01 copy.
  • Original Transfer Certificate for class-III (Three) and above classes.
  • Original Mark Sheet for class-III (Three) and above classes.

Regarding Payment of Fees

  1. All the fees to be paid in 04 (Four) installments:
    • 1st Installment - 40% of the fees to be paid at the time of admission.
    • 2nd Installment - 30% of the fees to be paid before the Half Yearly Exam.
    • 3rd Installment - 20% of the fees be paid before the 4th Periodic Test.
    • 4th Installment – 10% of the fees to be paid before Annual Exam.

    Note: The school fees could be paid either in one sum or in installments at the option of the parent. Parents are informed to pay the installments on time otherwise an additional amount of Rs.200/- to pay on every installment as late fine.

  2. The board of school management reserves the right to make any alteration in the fees, having previously given notice in writing at any time in the term immediately preceding in which that in which the revised fees come into effect.
  3. The school fees, transportation fees and computer fees is payable for twelve months.
  4. Students may not be permitted to appear for any examination if any fees are due.
  5. A student is liable to be struck off the rolls, if arrears of fees accumulate beyond six months.
  6. No Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued if fees are due. Fee for TC is Rs. 300 for other classes & Rs.500 for Class-10 (Ten).
  7. All the fees are to be paid at the school office only either in cash or cheque of local bank or through online (The paid slip must be deposited/submitted in the school office).
